We received an immediate site visit and had estimates for mold mitigation and reconstruction services shortly thereafter. We increased the scope to include other maintenance items. Lester coordinated all of the work of his teams and his subcontractors, and kept us up to date throughout the process. The crews (mitigation & reconstruction) were excellent. The mitigation work was more extensive than anticipated and that risk was something that was discussed in advance with Lester. Julio and his mitigation team were thorough and with Lester, kept us informed throughout. Great Job!!!! Vincent, Leo and the reconstruction team were equally thorough and with Lester, also kept us informed throughout. Again, Great Job!!! Surprises? Sure. But that was the nature of the work and in all cases Lester and the teams kept us fully informed. We had lots of questions and they made sure that we clearly understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. We were very impressed with the quality of the work by everyone and their desire to make sure that we, the customer, were happy with what they were doing. We strongly recommend this team for any critical, time sensitive mitigation and reconstruction work ....amazing service!
