Daniel and his crew came when he said he would after recommending and ordering a new unit. Installation was done in less than an hour after rolling and unboxing the new heater unit. Old unit had cracked heat exchanger after approx. 10 years of use. He made some quick adjustments and carefully checked to make sure the unit was operational and keypad functioning. He came back 2 days later to adjust the gas pressure valve after I told him the heater kept cutting out and was registering a Failure to ignite (FI) code. Problem solved but noticed pressure was fluctuating slightly and asked me to contact the gas company to ensure their were no other issues. I would recommend Daniel for any Gas, Heating or A/C related jobs or installations.

Asked for quotes on a A/C and furnace after 17 years when the A/C unit broke down. I contacted a few HVAC contractors including KDM. Daniel could not have been more helpful and responsive and after reviewing the quotes decided to hire him for the job. Could no have made a better choice. Daniel was patient and upfront and answered all my questions when asked. He upgraded my A/C unit for the same price after the original unit we agreed upon was back ordered. The crew came when they said they would an completed the installation in a timely and orderly fashion. I would not hesitate to hire Daniel and his crew again. In fact he is coming back to deal with another issue I have next month! Job well done.

Found Alliance from reading the reviews on Home Stars. Timea was very helpful in showing me different carpet samples after I described what I was looking for and hoping to spend. My original choice wasn't available but she quickly found me a suitable match. Two installers arrived on time and took care to remove and clean up the floor after disposing of the original carpet. They were friendly and thorough. It took 2-days to complete the installation. They fixed one or 2 issues with the seams to my satisfaction. They were excellent and professional. I am a satisfied customer and the new carpet looks great.

We picked Consumer's Choice after listening to 3 other quotes. They were not the least expensive but competitively priced. Had 12 windows replaced right down to the brick - not retrofitted. Windows took 5-6 weeks from time ordered. Installation took 2 days. Crew was on time, efficient and cleaned up nicely which was important to us. Quality of the installation was excellent. They were careful to remove old windows and caulking and made sure to insulate and re-caulk new windows. Installers discovered one bathroom window was not measured correctly and did not fit, but they gave this window priority and a proper replacement ready 8-10 days later. They even changed my patio door capping to Sandstone/ sandalwood colour to match other windows. I made sure this extra work was written into the contract. Very pleased with new, energy efficient windows. Would highly recommend this company.
