Radoslav is a true professional. He showed up right on time, and finished re-keying 3 separate doors in less than 30 minutes. In addition, he straightened a crooked door handle and fixed a super tight locking mechanism - I didn't even ask him to fix these and he didn't charge extra! Highly recommended!

After receiving quotes from 3 different companies, I purchased a Heat Recovery Ventilator from Sam, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation was very professional, with stairs and flooring covered, and everything cleaned up afterwards. Randy answered all my questions and reviewed all installation steps with me beforehand. And Kim followed up a few days later, to ensure that everything was satisfactory.

Sam came over on a Sunday to repair the power line between our house and garage, which was downed during an ice storm. He charged very little for this service, far less than any other contractors I had contacted. He also replaced 2 faulty GFCI outdoor outlets and climbed onto our garage to remove a huge branch that had fallen onto our neighborhood cable/telephone wires. I didn't even have to ask him for these additional services, and he didn't charge me either! This is the 3rd time that I have used Berg Electrical - Sam also replaced the electrical panels at 2 of my residences. I strongly recommend him for all electrical services.

Ron replaced two skylights for us - one of them had been leaking badly. He did an excellent job installing the new skylights and completely sealed off the interior work area before starting, leaving our house immaculate. Ron came back promptly to address a very small installation problem, and he added interior finishing work for free! Very highly recommended!

Jason and his team replaced all the roofing at our house - including a flat roof - and removed our leaky chimney. We called Jason because of a perplexing leak in our house, and Jason found the problem by standing on our roof with a garden hose for half an hour - before I'd even asked for a quote! Their prices are very competitive, and their teams are friendly and professional. They worked quickly and thoroughly cleaned up everything. Very highly recommended!
