I sent Peter a text message on a Sunday to see if he could help fix my email problem. I told him if he was not working that day that was fine and he could call me the next day. He called later on the same day and in a few minutes had my email up and running again. I had used PC Service on Site once before and Peter had installed a program where he could access my computer remotely with my permission of course. That made the fix fast and easy. Great company, great staff with quick response time.

When I first called this computer company, I was pleasantly surprised that Meredith answered the phone right away. She said she would call me in about 20 minutes since she was driving and she did. We made an appointment for her husband to come over and help me with computer issues. Peter showed up right on time and went over what I needed done. He helped with my computer, Iphone and Ipad. He is very knowledgeable in his field and gave me lots of useful advice. Great company, nice people. I would recommend this company to everyone and they come right to your home to help you.

I have an extended warranty on my washing machine and a technician from RepairCare was sent out to fix the machine. He was great. Very skilled and helpful and answered all of my questions. I was quite pleased with the service.

The technician was helpful and friendly. He explained what he was doing and also gave me a booklet which showed Enercare's products and services. He was friendly to my little dog which was nice as well.

My call about the squirrel problem was dealt with right away. I called in the afternoon and my call was returned by 5:15 pm. Sandie gave me a quote on the phone and was able to come to my house within the hour. He had done a great job for me before so I knew my problem would be solved. Sandie cleared the nest out and worked hard to remove an old awning where the nest was. Everything is fixed up now and when I was chatting with Sandie, his concern for all animals was obvious. Thanks for a great job.

Never an issue for one of our customers even when it comes to odd situations. Even though we don't usually take awnings done or anything else like that, once a wildlife issue occurs for a previous customer we will always do our best to rectify the issue immediately. Our Rent-a-Son, Shawn showed up on time and was an excellent worker. He fixed the wire fencing on the deck so that our pets would be safe and sound again. Then he spent the rest of time weeding our garden and also pulling out weeds in the back yard. During that time, I tested our wheelchair lift and it didn't work. Shawn figured out the problem quickly and had the lift working in a minute, so I was able to bring our dog down into the yard. Rent-a-Son also has very friendly and effecient office staff. The phone was answered promptly, my estimate was emailed to me within minutes of my call and everything arranged in a very short time. I was very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone.
