It was a pleasure working with the team from Dodds. From the start they catered to my needs, even had one of their salesman Mike come to our home at 8:30am on a Saturday to go over all the options. We installed a single garage door, with an automatic opener. Also included aluminum capping for the frame. Overall we are really happy with the quality of the product.

I needed an electrical outlet installed in my garage. Antonio showed up on a Saturday morning right on time. He assessed the work to be done in the first 5min, gathered all his tools and got to work right away. Even though the work to be done was fairly simple, he made sure the job done was to code and done neatly. As a person, Antonio was very social and pleasant to talk to on just about any topic. I was so pleased with his work that i ended up asking him questions about other projects i'd like to do in the future. He didn't hesitate giving me recommendations on how it could be accomplished. I'll be calling him back in the future.

The team servicing our town home were knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain to us what they performed at every step. They even pointed out things that were done incorrectly by previous duct cleaning companies and proceeded to fix the sealing issues in the basement ducts - without extra cost. Move date: Saturday June 16 There was a small hiccup to start the day with regards to truck logistics but the team had a backup plan in place and when they got to our condo, they got to work and packed the entire condo within the elevator booking period. They wrapped all our furniture and covered our mattresses in bags for the move. When we got to our new home, each item (furniture, boxes etc) were placed into the rooms we wanted. The team of 4 were entertaining and social which made the entire day less stressful. I just wish i thought ahead and bought a pack of beers for them :) Thanks again!
