This is the second time I hired Viktoria movers, the first time the gave me no stress what so ever with the move. And I liked that. This time it was also a stress free move.
The move was from a town house to a detached with 10 km between the two houses. They arrived on time, were polite and nice throughout the move and they didn't complain about any loose items or extra tasks, as long as the clock is ticking of course. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the high rates they charge. I was given an estimate for 7-9 hours based on detailed pictures of all items in my house. But they charged me for 11 hours. I wasn't budgeting for that it was covid time and money is tight, I asked Maria for a discount but she got upset about me saying the job could have been done faster (because the guys spent long time just folding blankets on my clock) and she started ignoring my calls and I had to chase her with call and text several time just to get my payment invoice, I totally gave up on the discount as I understood the message. And that's where they loose the stars, for bad communication.
So, in a nutshell, extra expensive movers but they take care as expected. I'm sure there are other companies out there who care the same way but with more reasonable prices.
