I have used the services of Markham Garage Doors Ltd. on two occasions in the past four years to replace a broken garage door torsion spring; A huge thank you goes to Brandon who simply was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their price is very reasonable and they honor their warranty. This is a trust worthy establishment and I would absolutely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Thanks for the review this was an odd situation it is the first spring that we have installed that has broken relatively early after initial install. Some companies use a cheap material springs, as we all know all products are not created equal. We offer a warranty on our parts to ensure that the quality is nothing but the best. That said we installed a spring that must of had a defect and as a result it broke only a few years after install. We installed a new spring under warranty. The guy came to repair a water leak in my fridge, 1. was not able to fix it, 2. failed to properly connect the water to the ice maker in the freezer, when I noticed the issue the next day I called the company , I explained that the freezer was a solid rock of ice because water was not connected properly, "Ben" was very unprofessional, he hung up the phone on "his customer", therefore, I don't recommend their service to any one.

I called Mr Heat Mechanical to set up a service appointment, after I described the problem, I got a quick advise that produced immediate results and saved me a tone of money; Nima was honest, knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely be calling on their service in the future. Thank you,
