Warranty means nothing without replacement parts
Bought a cordless vacuum a few of years ago from Dyson. I needed to buy replacement parts for it. I waited months for them, they never seem to be in stock. Their email notification doesnt work for these parts and if it does the price is much higher than what was on their site originally. They offer you new vacuums at 20% off when they dont have the part. The costs of course are much higher if you do this. When I finally got the part, it seemed like a refurbished part and it damaged my floors. They screwed up on the warranty replacement when the part was in, now they have no replacement part anymore. Their conclusion was they will send me one when it comes in. Only issue is their new models dont have these parts and they never have stock. So basically the warranty means nothing.
