Clearview installed two screens doors for us and had a promise for a lifetime warranty. After day one the door never opened smoothly, and they left Canada shortly after the install. So no one to call, no service, no parts, no refund, no anything, just a tug of war screen we wrestle with every time we go outside. US HQ told us one retailer in Ottawa and one in Calgary carry their products but they provide no service outside of their area. Wow do I regret this purchase. Dont make the same mistake, just look for another screen company and you will be much happier than us.
