My partner has been using Robert and his team for many years for various moves. Our move that we recently completed included two locations that Roberts team had to pick up from. In both cases he and the team were meticulous in their attention to detail in terms of caring for our belongings, but also in understanding where they needed to be placed upon arrival at our new home. In addition, Robert and his team were very helpful in taking apart and putting back together various pieces of furniture and appliances. I would not hesitate to use Robert and his team again for another move, as a trusting relationship have been built with him and his organization over the many years of them helping.

I purchased a new home and required a home inspection. I did my own independent research, as well as asking a trusted adivsor for a referral and in both instances I came upon Clearview. Tom's process for onboaridng a new customer is crisp and impressive; anyone who does all of their paperwork in the cloud and provides PDFs instantly of contracts and documentation is top notch in my book; one sign of stability and professionalism. Tom arrived to the site 5 minutes early. He provided a very good primer initially as to his three pass process (I purchased the thermal camera package - which you must do - the cost is negligible for the value add). He then spent the next 2.5 hours with myself, my real estate agents and the current home owner. He went over and above and answered many questions that I had. There is NO doubt I would call Tom again or recommend him to everyone I know. The report that I received by that night was super detailed with photos. He's a must have for your next real estate transaction.

First things first - Thank you Alec, Daniel and the rest of the Master Deck team. Your workmanship, professionalism, and sense of urgency are impeccable. My wife and I obtained four quotes to build a 12 X 18 composite deck, as well as a concrete pad for a shed we had purchased. Alec was our fourth and final quote; we had two more booked, but once we met Alec, we called him the next day and signed the deal. Alec knows his stuff. He provided a lot of good ideas on the design and took us through the whole process from soup to nuts. Alec's price was just right; didn't low ball with something that was obviously from someone who isn't a pro and not too high like one of the estimates that we received. We ended up selecting the Azek composite as we like the colour selection and the fact that maintenance is minimal. Alec suggested some really nice lights as a finishing touch on the stairs, as well as a bench and a few flower planters. Alec and crew are relentless. They did all the work the first week of April; they came in and were done by Friday - and that was only because there was one day of terrible rain where they couldn't do any work and another day where they could only get in half a day because of horrible weather. They came through though - got in at 9am on Friday and didn't leave until 8:30pm when the job was done. A nice bonus was that Daniel fixed my gate to my backyard without me even asking. My powder room toilet failed between the bowl and tank. It had flooded my basement while I was away on vacation. When I returned, they were able to come over same day and assess the situation. I am always leary of doing any work without thorough research, but I needed a toilet and Jordan seemed like he wasn't putting too much of a sales pitch on. I ended up buying the toilet and having it installed next day. Jordan was courteous, explained the process and the job seems to be fairly clean. I didn't give them a 10 because I didn't do multiple quotes like I normally would in order to have a baseline on price and potential service / quality.

Shawn and team are tops! I had six quotes and his wasn't just the best price, but he provided a level of trust and service that I didn't find with the other contractors. His team got to work within four weeks and completed the entire roof in a day. It was too bad though that his guys didn't say bye when they were done...but hey, if that's my only complaint, you can tell I'm knit picking! Thanks guys! I know I'm recommending you to friends and family. And the ridge venting seems to be making the place a bit cooler!

Paul & Michael are true professionals. Got the job done in a thorough and respectful manner. Open communication throughout process. Ducts weren't cleaned for a few years as well as my furnace and they got it sparkling. Will use them again next year!
