Great job by TBA Plumbing. My initial problem was a compression fitting leak in the main floor powder room which Josh fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. While at my home I had him quote on rerouting some copper running under my basement floor joists that I needed to run through a new inside wall. Josh thoroughly explained how he would approach the job and the cost. He was able to schedule me in quickly and the work was done quickly, professionally and on budget. TBA will be my first call the next time I need any plumbing work done.

We developed at leak at the water meter and contacted Award Plus via Homestars. Alex responded almost immediately even though it was late on a Saturday evening. After an initial diagnose over the phone and via pictures he scheduled one of his techs, William, for first thing in the morning. William arrived on time and got right to work. He found the problem immediately, fixed the issue (worn out gasket) and to be safe replaced a second gasket of the same vintage. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience with Award Plus. Alex and William are obviously experts in their field and are very customer focused. The repair was very reasonably priced and completed in under and hour. I will be definitely be using Award Plus again for all of my plumbing needs.

I can't say how thrilled I am that I was able to find Water Guard. They quickly responded to my inquiry and arrived to assess the situation on the same day. The diagnosis of a blocked, under slab drain line was spot on and they were able to schedule the work for the following day as our kitchen was pretty much non-functional. They arrived on time, kept the work site neat and explained along the way everything they were doing. Besides the cast iron/clay drain replacement they completed a replacement of the main water shutoff, a couple of crimped pipes, replacement of troublesome saddle valves, re-positioning of the vertical drain, new floor drain near water heater/furnace (great idea that hadn't even occurred to me) and a new faucet install all for a very reasonable price and within a single day. Although the work ended up being more extensive than originally thought I wasn't surprised due to the age of the home (1926). Some companies would have taken advantage of the client after finding a much larger issue once the concrete was broken but not Water Guard. These guys have integrity and a do it right attitude that I truly appreciated. The crew were fantastic and didn't even seem to mind this homeowner watching and learning as they went about their work or my adding additional items to their work list. I highly recommend Water Guard and will be calling them the next time I need any plumbing work done. PS They offered to mop the floor but I decided my "kids" could do that both of whom seem to have suddenly become "super busy" ;)

We had Cherry & Clark do our detached garage roof a couple of years ago so when recent winds took off a number of shingles on our aging roof they were our first call. Even though it was a super busy time for them their estimator was able to quote within two days of our calling them and provided a comprehensive estimate at a reasonable price. A little more than a week after signing the roofing team arrived. What an excellent crew. The guys put protection in place, worked tirelessly throughout the day and finished the job by 6pm. Their work was impeccable and their clean up thorough. You can't go wrong hiring Cherry & Clark.

We had a shower pan leak in our basement bathroom so decided to replace the shower with a tub. After removing the pan and surround we found rotted wall plates as well as the drain line not being cemented over properly. I contacted CPC via Homestars and Rob responded quickly. After seeing the pictures he arranged to come over within a few days and did an excellent job reworking the plumbing, reframing the walls and installing the tub. He worked non-stop and explained what he was doing along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to hire CPC again.
