CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS - LOCAL SHOWROOM

Consumer Direct did an awesome job replacing all our windows, sliding door, and front door. We did our due diligence with 4 quotes from competing companies, and based on great reviews, quality windows/doors, competitive pricing, and easy-to-talk with staff, we went with Consumer Direct.

Jerry was terrific at explaining our options & answering all questions, advising us on Greener Homes options, and providing a detailed quote. We were able to review more at the showroom (mostly to narrow down our new front door choices). And the install by Aleks and his crew went well. And office staff for bookings, payments, etc. were all professional and easy to contact.

As with any install, be prepared for some dust & cooling of your house (we had install done in early November). But they did an awesome job - even around tricky existing backsplash in kitchen, tile in ensuite bathroom bay window, and wainscoting in family room, etc. Windows & all casing, caulking, etc. done perfectly.

(I've included just a few quick pics taken shortly after the installs - before we had removed blue plastic to protect screens during installs).

We had 4 windows retrofitted and replaced in our basement, 2 octagonal windows in our breezeway, and a second story window replaced. The quote was the lowest of the 3 we received and the promised installation date was honored as well. The installers arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. They included me in the decisions over finishing details. We are very pleased with the result and look of our new windows.

Obtained competitive deal from CD Windows to replace original windows at my home that were more than 20 years old, and performance degrading. The new windows look great, with expectation that my home will be more energy efficient. Ordering time was reasonable, and I was able to get the appointment for install fairly quickly.

Very happy with our new windows and door. They said they would try to have them installed by Christmas and they came through with weeks to spare! The installers were supposed to have it finished in two days but they powered through and had them all installed in one day! They look fantastic! Very professional company to deal with and the installers were excellent. They worked a very hard long day to get it all done and left the house both inside and outside very clean. Would absolutely use this company again. Very good experience.

We got a back patio door with built in blinds. We upgraded the handle to a nice pewter. It is a gorgeous door. Love the kick lock. Install was smooth and very little mess. Look forward to using this company for the rest of our windows.

My patio doors and two windows were replaced. From the start of the process, the salesman came to my home and professionally showed me various options and gave me the best price out of the 3 quotes I obtained. 2 installers came exactly when the salesman said they would and within 5 hours, my doors and windows were replaced professionally and efficiently. The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. When the job was done, they completely cleaned the area.

We had a great experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors from sales to installation. Jerry the sales person was so down to earth. He explained everything perfectly from the types of windows to double and triple glass and the cost. We never felt pressured by Jerry to buy.
The three installers were fantastic. Isaac and the team all worked very well together and was very experience. My seven new windows and patio door looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend. Consumer Direct Windows and Doors.
