We had this firm install twin boilers in a 15-unit apartment building in Toronto. Service, quality, expertise and speed were all top-notch. Pricing was very competitive also. I recommend with no hesitation.

Remarkable service from Leslie and the team at Latitude. We had an unusually difficult situation, with a narrow, custom-made cabinet. Leslie was unusually patient with us -- and persistent in helping us get to the right solution. Latitude has a very good selection of remnant stone materials. The measurement and installation people were on time, polite and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable. You cannot go wrong with this firm.

Work was done on schedule. Not cheap, although competing bid was even higher. Finish (we chose oil-based for greater durability) did not adhere properly and they have taken responsibility -- will do remedial repairs to the extent possible

The new finish peeled off in a few spots because client dragged some furniture without having pads under the legs. The original floors had a poor quality varnish on and some places the finish was completely gone. Client hired us to touch up spots and re- varnish the entire floors to make them look better. We did buff everything and applied 2 coats of high quality polyurethane but in some spots the finish didnt adhere properly resulting in a more sensitive finish. If furniture is not dragged on the floor there should have no problem. The only way to do a perfect job is to remove all the finish, re-stain and varnish again. We are going to touch up the damaged spots at no extra charge.
