I went for a company with a name like this because I feel that with humour comes intelligence, and in this case one thinks of that third pig with the attribute of knowing how to put in honest hard work. This is exactly what I found. The company sent out an intelligent assessor and intelligent and hard working staff. Everyone was good humoured and very, very considerate. When I have another masonry job to do, I will call this company because they do a good job.

My gutters were clogged and water and snow were a problem on my front steps. Mark from Gutter Force came out and gave me a thoughtful assessment on what needed to be done. He sent a crew later that week who very quickly gave me a new set of guards on my gutters and fixed one of my downspouts. I thought that they did an excellent job, and all with good cheer and helpfulness towards me and towards each other.It rained shortly after the job was finished and all the water flowed nicely without splashing into the wrong areas. It was a job well done!

We have been using Amazing Trees for over ten years. One job concerned a gigantic Siberian Elm that threatened our roof. Tom was professional and knowledgeable and took out the tree. His crew is always excellent and professional. He gets the job done and anticipates all the problems that might arise. I will continue to use Amazing Trees to help maintain my property.

I was very happy with Direct Energy. They sent out a technician who showed me how to adjust the heat on my hot water heater and who was friendly and efficient. And he wore booties to cover his shoes! He came right on time and did the work well and quickly and gave me advice.

The people at Atlas Care are unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionists gave me some pointers to help me decide what to do about my poorly functioning air conditioning. They helped me by calling me even before my appointment was scheduled and asking if I would like the technician to come earlier. I did want an early visit, so that really helped. Then, Kyle came and did an excellent review and made excellent suggestions. He was thoughtful, intelligent, and very informative. He answered all my questions. He showed me some things about my air conditioning that I hadn't known and his visit will really help. He did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't really need, but helped me get the most out of the system I already own.

When our basement flooded, we called Armstrong & Nelson to fix our gutters and down spouts. Steve was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, assessing our problem accurately and fixing it. The night after the repair was made, a thunderstorm gave us a chance to assess the job. We found a dry basement in the morning, so we were quite pleased!
