Moved into our new home. Shopped around for window coverings. Came across New Image on Home Stars with amazing reviews. I figured lol these people cant be wrong. So I called and spoke to Ivano. He came over and gave us some suggestions and what would look the best and worked with our budget. We wanted Shutters originally but it was out of our budget since we have to do the entire home. Ivano was amazing, very honest and not pushy at all. We told him we wanted to think about it and he was totally fine with that. He took measurements just to be proactive in case we decided to go with his company. We contacted Ivano the very next day and gave him the go ahead. We went with beautiful roller shades for the entire house. Ivano is truly one of a kind. A true gentleman and very professional and extremely honest. We are so happy with his work and I would recommend him to anyone. He was fantastic and he reminded us that he is only a phone call away should anything happen and need repairs. Thank you Ivano for you work and being the type of person you are. You made this experience amazing and we love the look in our home.

So let me first start off by saying that I don't usually write reviews on companies but I always read what other people have to say. Long story short I called another company to come and check on a possible mouse problem in a home I just moved into. There was an issue with mice in the attic. The other company came did their thing. I continued to hear noises I did some research and called SWAT. I wanted them to check if there was anything else that the other company missed (possibly a larger animal getting into the attic). I must admit when the actual day came for the appointment there was a miss communication between SWAT and myself which sometimes happens. But when the gentleman came over ( I wish I could remember his name), he was extremely professional and an all around nice person. He took the time to listen and went to work. He ACTUALLY went into my attic (which the other company did not). He checked everywhere and confirmed that nothing larger than mice were in my attic. He was then extremely honest and told me that if I still have a warranty with the other company then continue working with them as it would save me money. He NEVER spoke bad about the other company but only said how he would have done things differently and if I wasn't happy with the other company I was welcome to give SWAT a call back and they would put the cost of the inspection visit towards the actual work they would need to do in the future (obviously with in the one year time frame). I regret not going with SWAT originally but I can tell you if I have any future problems, they will be the first I will call. Thank you SWAT for your honesty, kindness and professionalism.
