At 1130 pm, I realized my toilet was leaking. I went onto Homestars and attached a video. At 1131 pm, HTO Plumbers responded asking that I text the video to them, as they couldn't see it. By 1145, I had stopped the leak. This was done via exchanging many texts, some of which included photos asking what to do next. Further, by this time an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Seamless. This was omni channel customer service. They spoke to me on my preferred channel - text. An incredible experience, which their work complemented. I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue - in a heart beat.

Joe Bruno delivered excellent quality service at an affordable rate. I discovered carpenter ants outside my house and immediately called SNAP Pest Control (referral from a friend). These ants are very large and eat through wood. Using an innovative technique to locate their nest, he discovered them in the garage in the eves-troughs. Joe was steadfast in his commitment to get rid of all the ants - and he did just that. He used multiple tactics to exterminate them all and even dropped by a couple weeks later to check in and ensure the problem was solved - which it was. Overall, Joe was very professional, kind and committed to delivering top quality service. I trust the ants are gone forever and I have SNAP Pest Control to thank!

II would recommend True Capital Improvements (TCI) to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. I would recommend them based on the following three criteria: 1) quality of work, 2) customer service, and 3) value. In terms of quality of work, my wife and I couldn't be happier with our kitchen. There were some structural changes done (2 walls removed, 2 walls erected) and everything from the crown moulding, to the back splash to the flooring - it all looks great. In terms of customer service, TCI is best in class. I was blown away by how accessible they were and how responsive they were. My wife and I were digitally connected to TCI, and we never felt that TCI didn't have our best interests in mind. I never expected this level of service in the industry. In terms of value, TCI gets a thumbs up. The scope of work on our bungalow kitchen was extensive and I really think we got a good bang for our buck. TCI was on budget and close to on time (Christmas timing put a small wrinkle in the plan). Overall, TCI exceeded my expectations. Doing a great job, on budget and practically on time is all you can ask for. When it comes to renovating other parts of the house, I won't hesitate to go with TCI again.
