Best in class customer service
At 1130 pm, I realized my toilet was leaking. I went onto Homestars and attached a video. At 1131 pm, HTO Plumbers responded asking that I text the video to them, as they couldn't see it.
By 1145, I had stopped the leak. This was done via exchanging many texts, some of which included photos asking what to do next. Further, by this time an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Seamless.
This was omni channel customer service. They spoke to me on my preferred channel - text. An incredible experience, which their work complemented.
I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue - in a heart beat.
