I have a kitchen faucet that had no pressure and only a small amount of water dribbled out. HTO came and quickly resolved the problem and everything is back to normal. The service person was knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to try to deal with Koehler to help me get a new part. They were no help but indeed the plumber tried everything he could! I am very pleased with his work.

Needed a couple repairs and fixtures replaced in two of my bathrooms and basement kitchen. Kerem was quick to respond and book an appointment that was convenient for me. He sent over Michael who was very polite, articulate and professional. Michael quickly assessed my numerous jobs and quoted a fair price. He was done in under 4 hours and the work was clean and proper. If and when future work pops up, I'll call these guys first.

The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only repaired the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first people to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem.
