Our furnace broke during the coldest weather of the year. A big THANK YOU to Charton for coming to our house at 8:30pm same day I called. The quote was entirely reasonable. And a huge thank to his team for installing the new furnace during a snowstorm on Christmas Eve! They also came back within 24hrs when we had an issue with a preexisting condensate pump. Saved our holidays!

I think I met Mario twice before I decided to waterproof one side of my house with MMT. I had received so many quotes, but Mario was the best - honest, approachable, and affordable. The work was done in 2 days, I couldn’t believe how fast the digging went. They repaired 2 cracks in my foundation, and took photos to show me them. One year later, that side of my basement is bone dry, no further musty earth smells in my basement! I will for sure have MMT waterproof the front of my house when I do my porch. Thank you!

We needed a full driveway done in 2017. We had a massive hole in the middle of our old driveway from sewer work. Carlo came out, quote matched other companies. He was much more approachable than other companies. We had to leave the driveway as gravel to settle for about 4 months, and Carlo would touch base with us to see when we would be comfortable to get the final paving done. The paving itself was very neatly done, no mess to the surrounding stone or grass. 3 years later, there is nothing wrong with our driveway, it still looks great. Thanks!

We were battling a bed bug infestation in a Toronto condo unsuccessfully with chemical sprays from the management company. I lost count of how many times I dried clothing and how many big Ziplock bags I bought. We threw out most of our furniture. Nothing worked. Eventually, we had to heat-treat everything ourselves (rented a Packtite from Mike) and move. Two months later, I realized we had brought bed bugs from the old condo to our cottage. I couldn't take this anymore, and called Mike. He graciously traveled a great distance to heat-treat the entire house at a reasonable price. Yes, an old TV was damaged and some glue melted, but who cares. We have been bed bug free for over 2 years (knock on wood). I can't say enough about how nice and patient he was. He ended this year-long nightmare in one day. I have purchased my own Packtite since and regularly treat our luggage after trips. Living in a big city we will probably come across bed bugs again, but I will call Mike right away!
