He did not show up for the late evening appointment .. No call to explain

Multiple pavement ant colonies encroached on residential house. Pest control was long overdue. Insecticide applied just last week. We will soon see how effective the treatment was overall.

I had a mice problem and called Mike for some help, he gave me good information over the phone and on the same day he came over and set traps. Local city digging and construction has displaced the little critters and one found its way into my den. Mike came along and set baits that got rid of them. He has been back a number of times to refill those little bait boxes with no extra charge. So when another one found its way in after another round of sidewalks and boulevards being torn up, Mike came the same day to deal with it. It’s peace of mind for me to know that I can rely on him for help. I wouldn’t be able to handle it, and he is so very kind and patient and courteous and is very careful about taking all the health and safety precautions we need these days.
