We approached Ontario Downspout Service because we saw their truck at a few different houses on our street - which is a good sign. When we received our quote, we were told that it would take a number of weeks before they could take on the job because they do not subcontract any of their work, but have their own team and this particularly appealed to us and was worth the wait. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mark and his team. Mark was accessible throughout to answer any questions and ensured we were totally happy with the work before leaving. The cleanup was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them for any eaves or roofing needs.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Rahul when our pipes burst during the recent cold snap. Apart from being a true professional and clearly quite knowledgeable, Rahul is a genuine and wonderful person. I also appreciate the time James (management) spent with me on the phone to understand my problem and make it a priority and Amanda’s attentiveness in keeping me up to speed. I haven’t been with Accuserv very long, but the experience has been first class so far.

We needed to replace our attic air conditioning unit and received quotes from 3 companies including AtlasCare (who had serviced our old unit). Surprisingly, the two other companies that participated in the quote basically said that AtlasCare was the leader in the field, but that their cost would likely be 20% higher. As it turned out, AtlasCare provided the least expensive quote and we had the confidence of knowing we had the leader in the field with respect to knowledge and installation, so it was a no brainer. The unit was installed professionally and on time.

We had massive vines removed from our house which crept under the roof framing and shingles, and exposed our attic to the elements and animals. Jorge came out and recommended an inexpensive solution that involved adding siding around the vines (which would have been quite compacted to remove). Problem solved.

I constantly struggle with the value of this service plan for my space pak air conditioning (which includes repair costs if necessary up to $700/year I believe). However, they have fixed a number of issues over the years, and based on the amount of time Dave (a super technician) spent cleaning the system last week, I feel this plan has and will provide me with a number of extra years service from this system. This company has always been extremely professional in their dealings and I would highly recommend them.

I have used White Shark over the years with mixed results for window and eavestrough cleaning. That said, they seem to be providing more consistent service over the past few years with their eavestrough cleaning. No complaints.

This story has a happy ending...it just took awhile to get there. Chapter 1: The sales agent was professional. He measured up the door to be replaced and said it was standard size. The company would follow up and send a 'measurement specialist' to ensure the dimensions are correct Chapter 2: The measurement specialist came, wrote down a few things and was gone in 2 minutes. No apparent issues... Chapter 3: Door is delivered, but is the wrong size!! Apparently the 'measurement specialist' changed the size of the door from the initial order, however, the dimensions in the initial order were the correct dimensions. Chapter 4: Correct door is delivered and installed, however, the screen door was damaged and needed to be rescreened Chapter 5: Screen door fixed and installed. We are very satisfied with the product. Overall, the company was quite courteous and helpful throughout this rollercoaster ride. My sense is that this company is generally on top of things, and we happened to be the 'exception' that is bound to happen from time to time
