Sliding Door Purchase/Installation
This story has a happy ending...it just took awhile to get there.
Chapter 1: The sales agent was professional. He measured up the door to be replaced and said it was standard size. The company would follow up and send a 'measurement specialist' to ensure the dimensions are correct
Chapter 2: The measurement specialist came, wrote down a few things and was gone in 2 minutes. No apparent issues...
Chapter 3: Door is delivered, but is the wrong size!! Apparently the 'measurement specialist' changed the size of the door from the initial order, however, the dimensions in the initial order were the correct dimensions.
Chapter 4: Correct door is delivered and installed, however, the screen door was damaged and needed to be rescreened
Chapter 5: Screen door fixed and installed. We are very satisfied with the product.
Overall, the company was quite courteous and helpful throughout this rollercoaster ride. My sense is that this company is generally on top of things, and we happened to be the 'exception' that is bound to happen from time to time
