Very quick and reliable service. The electrician helped to install a new light fixture and fix a dimmer switch on an existing fan unit. I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable he was and his price estimate was ban on. Would certainly recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible customer service and negligent tech- was left with a dryer that was a major fire risk despite being told it had been fixed. Paid in advance for parts that were not used and a dryer that was it fixed! Beware there have been cases brought before the BBB about this company! I originally called to have an overheating dryer fixed. An appointment was scheduled and the service tech came by. He was polite and seemed professional. We spoke and I explained the issue. Without looking (opening up/checking) at my dryer he said i needed two new parts. A berring and a heating element. Said I had to pay 1/2 then and 1/2 on install. I asked how he could tell it was the heating element and was told "ive been doing this for years, I know." I was then told to call the next day to check on the status of my parts so that they didn't get "sent to someone else". He returned a few days later to do the fix. He claimed to have done the repair and tested to ensure that it was no longer overheating. I made the mistake of trusting his word. Due to the excellent reviews of this company. I paid the remainning amount and he left. A few hours later we used the dryer and within 20 minutes there was an overpowering smell of burning plastic. We ran downstairs and the back of the dryer was burning hot (i burnt my hand) the wall nearby was also very hot- which had never happened before. I turned it off and unplugged it. Thank goodness we stayed home/nearby. It was a significant fire risk- even though the tech claimed to have repaired it. I called the office the next day to complain about the fire risk and lack of service. At first i was told that i had originally called about a dryer that wasnt heating so why was i upset? That understandably upset me further. I demanded a refund and was told "ill call you back." I called a few times and after arguing about it was offered a refund "by cheque". I asked for the full refund and was given a non answer. Regardless of the wasted money I tried to emphasis the serious fire risk the tech left me with. The lady on the phone claimed "there was no risk- dryers dont catch on fire!" Needless to say I have zero faith in this company. I have called twice more to inquire about my refund. In my last conversation I was told that the accountant is on vacation (okay) and that my cheque will be mailed Thursday. Which is different then what i was told last week. When i said that this sounded sketchy the lady i just spoke to said i was making a big problem and that I'll get my money when i get it. I admittedly hung up because I was so angry by how rude she was being. The only good thing I could say was there was one lady who i spoke to who genuinely seemed to understand why i was upset and did offer to send another technician to check the dryer. I turned down the offer as I don't believe there would be a different result/ I am not comfortable giving them any more of my money then I already have.

Tristan was both very professional and detailed in his inspection. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work and wants to ensure that his clients are satisfied with the end results. I have heard many horror stories about home inspectors cutting corners but would recommend Tristan to anyone. He was clear with me what he could and could not examine, and went over everything with me once he was complete. While the property was in good shape, he did find a find a few things that the owners were not even aware of themselves. (all relatively minor)
