Informative home inspection. Tristan did a good job explaining various issues along with recommendations during the inspection and at the end of it. He also promptly provided a good detailed written report. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to a friend in the future.

Tristan was great. Very pleasant and easy to work with. He was able to perform the inspection on short term notice. He made me feel included during the inspection and throughout his inspection he would voice what he was checking for, any issues he was noticing and suggestions on how to address them. He was open to questions and gave a nice summary while looking through the pictures at the end. He also provided the report for me to review in a very timely manner. Would recommend.

Very personable, quite helpful, pointed things out of concern that i would never had even hinted at, and was quick and timely with arriving on time and delivering the report promptly.

Tristan spent the entire 3 hours of the inspection on the go. He was very thorough and very vocal through every step of the inspection. He found several large faults during the time along with quite a few smaller ones. This leaves us with alot to think about, but we are very grateful for the time and thorough inspection.
