Because of high heating costs over the past few years using our gas furnace, I wanted to convert our whole house over to a heat pump installation. I had previously had a mini split heat pump system installed for our third floor bedrooms, and I had our original contractor quote on supplying a system to cover our first and second floors. I contacted Green Heating and Air really to get a second quote for the project. I contacted the company by phone in the late morning in Sept 2023 and Ehsan came to our house in the afternoon that same day. What struck me as amazing and in fact caused me to give him the job was the efficient way he got me the quote. Most importantly, Ehsan was flexible in negotiating a system that met our requirements. He did not leave until the final quote was emailed to me. He also had my questions about rebates answered by contacting the auditor while he was here. The system, which comprised a 2 zone ductless heat pump unit, 30,000 BTU with 2 indoor units was installed the next week. Ehsan coordinated the installation. It was initially to take 2 days, but he brought in extra crew and it was completed in 1 day. A bit of drywall repair around our circuit breaker was completed a couple of days later. I am very satisfied with the system that was installed and would definitely recommend Green Heating and Air Inc for projects like we had done. Should there be any issues with our system in the future, I am confident the Ehsan will look after us.

This company responded to my home stars request for service for our kitchen oven. I provided in the request the oven model number and the error message ( oven fan). The technician came out promptly and confirmed that the fan was faulty and ordered the new part. He came back a few days later and installed a new fan. The service was very prompt, efficient and professional. I would recommend these people to my friends for appliance repair.

We had a mother raccoon giving birth to four babies behind our fireplace brick beginning of March of this year. We called Gates Wildlife Control and Blake came out to help us. He looked behind our fireplace flue with a mirror and saw the little family and told us that it could be June before they would leave. Each week he came by and inspected their den and gave us suggestions. I would follow through with what he suggested each week. By the beginning of May the raccoon babies were very active and exercising. Then one night they went up our chimney onto our roof and were gone. The next day Blake came by and put grates over our chimney and seven vents. We are now fully protected and feel relieved. Blake was very patient with us and kind. Oswaldo and his assistant replaced the shingles on our garage roof. It was a pleasure working with them, and they did a great job. The site was left spotless, and we are very pleased with the work.

Hi sourced out Bullet Proof heating and air-conditioning after getting quotes for providing ductless air conditioners for our upstairs two bedrooms from other contractors. Doug was very good at responding to my request and coming to our house to give us a quote. His quote was very thorough and competitive. The installers came in a few days and installed the system which comprised a heat pump at grade, two air handlers in each of our bedrooms and interconnecting wiring and cooling piping. Their installation was done extremely well and they were very professional. We are very pleased with our investment, and their quoting process and work.
