From getting an estimate to the completion of work, this company is very professional. They know their job and got it done very quickly. We had several very large/tall trees removed that were close to buildings. All 3 guys worked steady and safely. Highly recommend them.

From start to finish Nathan made this a very smooth process. We wanted to see what the panels looked like so Nathan took us through the whole process. Very informative. We ordered the panels, etc for our building and we had the whole kit in less than a month. The order was packed very well, so that nothing was dented or scratched. Nathan answered all our questions as we were building this and even came out to our house to help explain how the flashing should go on. That helped so much. Over all we are so please with the building and the whole experience with Enerpan and Nathan. We highly recommend them.

We had great service from everyone we dealt with. Paul in the store and then Wade and Connie, the installers. Wade and Connie were very pleasant to deal with and they knew their stuff. They did a fantastic job.

Dale arrived and quickly got to work. It was a difficult place to work in but no complaints from him. He had the problem figured out and fixed in no time. Was very helpful in letting us know how to avoid this issue in the future as well. I was very impressed with the office staff as well, very friendly and helpful and had someone out the day after I contacted them.

From the first person we dealt with to the last this company goes above and beyond to treat you right. The reception staff and salesman were very friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. But the delivery guy, Mike really made our day. He made sure we were completely satisfied with where the sea can went, he adjusted it to exactly where we want it. Thanks SeaBox

Ryan is very professional and easy to work with. He was a perfectionist when it came to the actual work. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work when he said he would. We were very happy with his work and would use him again.

This is the second time we have used this company. The first time was a relatively simple furnace and hot water tank change out . The second time was a whole furnace and duct work install and all new plumbing in an older home. Both times, they showed up when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up afterward as well. I would use them again.

Prompt quote for work, then prompt service as well. Very professional job. They arrived exactly when they said they were coming and completed the work in a timely manner. Site was left clean. Would use them again.

We had a quote promptly. Work was completed after a delay due to illness with the installers and the job appears to have been done well. The installers were on time and left the job site clean. We would recomend them.

Although we are happy with the actual windows (so far), we were very disappointed in their salesperson. As anyone who works in construction or renovates, there is a time line that needs to be followed fairly closely. We were quoted a date for these windows to be ready in 3 weeks. When we called for pick up the salesman told us they were not ready but he would check and call us back. We called back 3 times because he never called back. The salesman kept saying he would try to move up the completion date and then finally did not respond to calls. It was finally the receptionist(?) who told us when the windows would be completed. They were supposed to be completed Oct4th but were not finished until Oct 21st. There would have been absolutely no issue if the salesman had have just given us a realistic date and then had actually followed up like he said he would. This issue should not have been pushed onto someone else when he was the one that gave us a misleading date.

We are a busy campground and have been using these people for years. We have never had a problem with them, they are always on time and pleasant to work with. Martin has helped us with other "water" related issues over the years as well. Could not be more helpful

We are a very busy campground, so when we had an underground power line fail, we needed it fixed very quickly. The person from Fortis told us they use this company a lot and he made arrangements for them for come to our property the next morning. They showed up promptly at 9 am, very friendly and reassuring that they would have it fixed quickly. Every one worked well together and they had us up at running by 1 pm. The guys all had a good sense of humour too, which always helps in a situation like this. Thanks everyone at TC.

Kevin returned my call immediately and was out to give us an estimate the next day, He and his crew were professional and had the work done in the time they said they would do it. They did an excellent job and Kevin even put some decorative stamps in our concrete.

Todd responded very quickly to our emergency call and had the problem fixed within an hour. He was professional but also took the time to show me how to complete some of the repairs myself, which I appreciated greatly. I called him back 2 more times to complete further work as it was needed and he was always on time and worked quickly to get the job done.

After much searching for replacement windows we ordered our windows through this store. We were very happy with the help they gave us to figure out exactly what they needed. And the cost was excellent. The windows were ready when they told us they would be and were a perfect fit. Thanks to Patrick for all this help as well.

Very professional from returning my initial call very quickly to the actual work they completed. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work very quickly and even helped get a door unlocked when the mechanism jammed. Something they certainly did not have to do. The 2 men that came to complete the work were polite, presentable and made sure they cleaned up any mess they made. They even interacted with my 4 year old grandson who never ceases to have questions. We were very pleased with this company right from the person who estimated the job to the men who completed it.

This company is great to work with, we have used them a few times and Ron is always very professional and does an excellent job. He and his people are always on time and get the work done when they say they will.
