I called Alex bc a hose had broken outside and water was spraying everywhere. I sent him some pictures and he identified the problem right away. Alex helped me locate the shutoff valve outside so that water didn't have to be turned off in the whole house and suggested I just needed to buy a new hose. Stayed on the phone with me and walked through the solution and did not charge me anything. Very grateful.

We contacted Garage Door Geeks because our garage wouldn’t open/ close. They responded immediately at 10:30 pm and arranged to come the next morning. The tech guy was prompt, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. They were able to replace the door latch with one they had that was used (looked new to me) and give us a discount as a result and a warranty on everything. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Pretty close to perfection as far as an alarm company goes. Great company and experience. Both Brian and Jason are professional, attentive and simply do a great job. Very customer service oriented. Love having the video verified alarm system at a great price.

Moved with them from Ottawa to Toronto and ending up having to sue them. They sent a truck that was too small and could not fit all our stuff, despite us sending a detailed description. They dropped a box and broke a bunch of our things. Then they refused to make a claim to their insurer or reimburse us for the damage. I have now brought a lawsuit against this company, which to date they have ignored. They broke our printer, chipped an irreplaceable crystal vase, broke a frog vase, broke a platter, killed our tree, chipped our bookcase, lost items, chipped our outdoor table, etc. BE CAREFUL. This company does not take responsibility for damages they cause.

Guys did a great job! Arrived on time, nothing scratched or broken. They worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to work with. Staff were super helpful too and made the whole process easy.

Alex is fabulous. We called him because we needed a mirrored wall for a workout room, and a mirror in our powder room. We needed the job done quickly since we were moving in a week later. Alex responded right away and came by to take precise laser measurements. He got everything done quickly in advance of the tight deadline and his prices were much more reasonable than any other company I contacted. He is lovely and the job was done perfectly. Highly recommend!
