Tom at Mega City Roofing and his team are amazing! We bought a brand-new house from Medallion in Ajax, and the builder gave us a crappy roof. The roof was only 3-4 years old and it started to lose shingles in the windstorm. We called Tom at Mega Roofing because of his impeccable review and we were very pleased with his response time and service. After calling Tom for patching missing shingles a couple times in the last few years, and spending thousands of dollars on fixing the crappy builder roof, we decided to replace the roof with a GAF roof that comes with a great warranty for piece of mind.

Terrible builder! STAY AWAY! I will put 0 Star or -5 if allowed. Medallion might be planning rental buildings on the LAST phase of the Site Plan without disclosing it to the Homebuyers in the Detached and Semi-Detached home community. It is NOT ok for Medallion to deceive Ajax homebuyers who purchased after Sept 2010 and told us the Rossland land will be Executive Townhouse, and fooled us into buying a house at price premium. Medallion should disclose the rental buildings per the Sept 2010 Building Shadow Study! We, 1435 Ajax residents, ask and count on you to enforce Medallion to HONOR its words! Stop the Rossland amendment and execute the approved plan! #Accountable

Found out on Sunday afternoon that my roof shingles are missing, thanks to the nasty winter weather that we had, and another blast of snow is coming tomorrow according to the forecast. I reached out to couple roofing company and its quite hard to have someone to come right away. Tom messaged me this afternoon and he can come within hours. He is very nice and thoughtful of my situation. He is prompt and gets the missing shingles fixed and also sealed the others. I am very happy and confident with his service and professionalism. Very fast and prompt service for the basement analysis/assessment. They are able to come quickly after the ice storm in April. Gemil is very knowledgable and able to provide a few solutions. We are not ready financially to fix it, but very appreciate his knowledge and will contact him when we are ready.

It has been a long overdue, Brett did a home inspection for us in August 2010 during a very hot day, but he is very committed with checking the exterior of our house. He found out issues on the roof which would have cost us grief in a long run if we were not aware of it. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and an excellent service.
