It has been a long overdue, Brett did a home inspection for us in August 2010 during a very hot day, but he is very committed with checking the exterior of our house. He found out issues on the roof which would have cost us grief in a long run if we were not aware of it. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and an excellent service.

Thank you so much for the review Angela! I truly appreciate it! Hot or cold, you need answers, not excuses! You know, it is always the small things that can lead to much bigger problems if it is not addressed. I will mention things to people on an inspection (not necessarily in your case) where I will give them a "heads up" on something simple, they don't address it, and sure as heck six months after moving in they get problems.
