When Ron showed up to change our filters this year, we were reminiscing and realized that we'd known one another for almost 15 years. I've owned three different homes in that time and more often than not, it's been Ron who has been our service technician. He's also the ONLY tradesman that I would leave alone in my home while I went to run a quick errand. Being able to retain a good employee like Ron says a lot about the management and ownership at WaterMart. Highly recommended!

I hired Integrity Cabling Solutions to extend the wiring for our new Fibe connection. I'm really pleased with the way that the job came out. Paul was on time, worked quickly and was well within budget. There was a minor snag with the speed test which was clearly not the fault of Paul or his work. Even so, he volunteered to hang around until it was resolved. I had previously used Integrity Cabling for a separate and more complex job. Unfortunately, we ran into some structural limitations with the way our house was built, but I learned some important things about Paul along the way: Integrity Cabling is more than just a name, it's at the heart of the way that Paul conducts himself and does business. Highly recommended.

Completely fantastic experience from booking the job with Natasha at the front desk, to getting a quote, they had fast availability... Good communication leading up to the visit, called ahead to ask if they could come early that day. GREAT advice and options from Michael the owner which saved me significant amount of money. Everything was kept clean and neat afterwards... Basically, a perfect service call!

These guys were fantastic. Pretty straight-ahead job but the service contractor was great. Prompt, fast, clean and took the time to take a quick peek at diagnosing another issue that was not part of the original service call. Second issue was a bit more serious (leak coming from upstairs bathtub) and needed to be booked as a separate call but once again, Drainworks came through. With it, it turned out to be a small hole in the grout that the water was getting thru. Problem had been plaguing us for quite some time so it was great that they were as thorough as they were and in the end, correct in their assessment. Oh, and did I mention that we found them on Homestars to begin with? Highly recommended.

Once again, I continue to be impressed with the level of service provided by the crew at Watermart. We moved from downtown Toronto to where our unit was originally installed to Mississauga... (Watermart office is in Thornhill) but I continue to give them our business. Why? Our unit needed a service call (regular maintenance) and not only are they able to accommodate my busy schedule, everything runs like clockwork with these guys. Service contractors are clean, professional, polite... I only wish all businesses were run this well!

Same problem as other reviewers - Airworks is COMPLETELY unresponsive. After coming out and charging $120 for a service call, it's been over a MONTH waiting to hear back on getting the replacement parts. No straight answer from Airworks if it's under warranty or not - a 5 minute call to the manufacturer told me it IS under warranty. Simply put, this is one of the worst experiences I've had as a customer. I'm out the $120 for the service call and will need to call someone else to come out and do the replacement. What a nightmare.
