Three people came for this service. They came basement and cut main duct in two places for cleaning. I have asked for the picture of the main duct before cleaning but they don't show me as they informed me that they don't have the system to show the picture. As per quotation they need to show me picture of the main before and after cleaning. They seems to be very hurry and finished the work within 45minutes. I informed the homedepot customer service and they sent me $40 gift card. I do not recommend this to anyone as I don't know whether they have cleaned the ducts properly as they are unable to show me pictures of ducts. Home depot must choose the contractor with professional work style and they must perform work as per quote.

Horrible experience as I have received technician appointment to repair cooling system after 7 days during this hot summer. Is there any need to continue Enercare customer? You have to wait 7 days to fix your AC. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. We all need to cancel the renewal of home maintenance.

After Installation, water is leaking through filter and technician suggested that he is not worry about this as this leaking will stop after sometimes once water pressure will stabilize. Water leaking is continuing till now but Mr. Rooter is refusing to fix it and to my surprise asking another $200 to fix. It is really unprofessional approach and very much disappointing and frustrating for the customer. Look like their approach to harass its customer by asking additional money. I have already paid $650, for this faulty installation.
