We hired Pest Protection Plus Inc to help us address an issue with Rodents in our backyard. Anthony came out first thing the next day and when we were doing the Exterior Inspection we came face-to-face with one of the pesky critters (ugh)!! Anthony explained the process and set out baited traps which we will monitor over the next several weeks to address the issue. Very pleased with the prompt response to our issue; would definitely use Pest Protection Plus Inc. again.

We started having trouble a few days ago with our Garage Door not fully closing - it would reverse at the height of the door Sensors. We suspected a problem with the Sensor Wires or the Sensors themselves, as they are about 10 years old. Pavel took a look and determined that the metal framework on our garage door protruded quite close to the area that the Sensors are focused on, and it is possible that the hot weather was a contributing factor. He adjusted the Sensors, which seems to have resolved the problem. I would definitely contact Garage Door Geeks again for any future issues with my garage door.

Last night I discovered a wasp nest behind the wood frame of my garage door. William contacted me this morning in response to my Service Request and came by to address the problem. He identified 3 locations that should be treated, explained what needed to be done, and treated them all. He also cleaned up small amounts of insecticide powder from my garage floor and walkway to avoid us tracking it into our home. William was very helpful and the job was professionally done. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future issues.

Muhammad and Gary were very professional; they clearly take great pride in their work. The replacement of my hot water heater was done in a few hours with no issues. They explained to me what they would need to do when starting the process, showed me how to adjust the water temperature setting if needed, and let me know that I might experience some air pockets in the pipes (caused by having to shut off the water) which would clear when I ran the taps. They laid down runners to protect my flooring and carpets, and the area they were working in was left spotless. Am very happy with the service provided by AtlasCare and would highly recommend them.

Swat Wildlife came out to my home this morning in regards to. Squirrel taking up residence in my lower soffit. Derick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He installed a one-way door which will allow the squirrel to leave but not re-enter. This afternoon. I noticed the squirrel has come out a few times; it hasn’t yet come all the way out through the door but I figure eventually it will be hungry or thirsty enough to come all the way out. Thanks Derick for your help with the squirrel. I would definitely recommend Swat Wildlife to anyone looking for help with an unexpected visitor!!

Just had my ducts and central vac lines cleaned by AtlasCare Heating and Cooling. Darien and Johnson were great - very professional, polite and courteous. They wore booties over their shoes while in my home and laid down a red carpet to protect my floors and walls from the hoses they use. They explained the cleaning process to me and provided some recommendations for things I could do to better protect my furnace and humidifier. I had heard about a water heater replacement program their company offers and they not only knew about it but had a flyer in their truck which they gave me, which explains all the details. I am very happy with the service done by Darien and Johnson and would definitely recommend AtlasCare!!

The window balance hardware in my Repla brand windows needed to be replaced. As Repla (which was a local company) went out of business quite some time ago, I wasn't sure if the necessary parts would still be available. I sent an inquiry off to Windowfix and got a response shortly thereafter. Sarah and Keith came to my home to assess the work required; it was obvious that they were very knowledgeable about window repairs. They were able to locate the necessary Window balance parts and were also able to come up with a creative solution to repair the latch on my patio door (also a Repla product) as the original parts were no longer available. Communication was great and they arrived on time with everything they needed to complete the repairs.
