In the past 3 years now, I have used Valentin 5 times for various plumbing needs. His professionalism, efficiency, politeness, honesty and helpful manner will continue to be my reasons for using his company in the future.

Waste water slowly backing up out furnace room drain. NOt sure Valentin can make it the same day but he made it the next day fitting me in to his tight schedule and instantly cleared the clogged main drain. I could not be more relieved and satisfied with his service again. I used him now 4 times and will continue to do so.

Not a lot of companies out there that specializes in this. Rimas the owner was the only one that responded to my attempts to get estimates from other companies. He was on time, did a totally professional job and tidy clean up. They caulked over 50 doors and windows at my place and it looks great.

On time, on budget and totally professional. Spent ton of time answering all my questions on other possible plumbing issues. .More than happy to use Valentin for future projects without hesitation.

I live in a rather bigger home than is normally out there so I knew I was going to be paying much more for a complete hvac replacement.This was going to be a big expenditure on my part so I did a ton of research. So I was looking for a company that would sized the hvac units properly , figure out all the install issues beforehand as best as one could reasonably expect, work with any of my concerns/issues I brought up and in business like, professional, honest and timely manner. Boris and Kam did all that and more. From the initial prompt 2 hour long detailed free quote by Boris to the very professional install by Kam and his assistant, to the all the paperwork completed by Boris for the rebates you pretty well cannot ask for any more. Now lets see how well this unit stands the test of time.

Atier was polite quick and efficient in hooking up my new fridge to my waterline. He drove a long way to get my place that day and I appreciated that he could do it the same day I requested it.

They are as advertised. Steve and Matt were great and I am totally happy with their service. You don't need to go anywhere else for your duct cleaning. Will recommend to friends who want it done right.

In Oct/2012, had my rental water heater replaced with exactly same model from direct energy as it broke down. Serviceman said it would cost $300 to pay for new white exhaust pipes due to regulations and I was okay with this as it is due to regs. When sub-contractors came to install they said it will cost more than double that amount .I needed the tank so I regretfully agreed to pay a slighlty reduced amount from the $600. Than worse is that D.E. changed my rental rate from 21.95 to 28.99 per month as a result of replacing the water heater. I have been arguing with them since January 2013, about this uncalled for change in my rental rate. I am still waiting now for months for them to provide me a copy of any written document that enables them to change the rental rate resulting from replacing a defective water heater with a new exact model as the old. it has been a horrible ordeal so far. This will cost me an extra $100 a year for the next 10 to 15 years.

Excellent workmanship, service response and Jason spends tons of time explaining the whole process as mentioned before. Only small negatives are that I did wait awhile before they got to my house to be done and this was one of the higher quotes due to them providing one of the most comprehensive re-roofing applications.Definitely would recommend this company!!!
