When we discovered that we had a racoon problem in our attic last fall, your rep came out to the house and sized up the situation in a timely and very professional manner. He provided a quote for the extraction and protection of our house from further intrusions (all animals and mice). Your team was out the next day to do the work and they did a very good job because within a few days the racoon was gone and over the next few weeks the mice also left. Then they came back to disinfect and restore the attic and at the same time increase the attic insulation to R60. All this work was done in a very professional and competent manner. A couple of months after this incident we lost some shingles on our roof during a major wind storm and had to get the entire roof replaced. We went for 50 year shingles. You staff personally worked with me and your team to make sure that we would not lose our original warranty with your company and ensured that all the vent cages were properly reinstalled after the roof was replaced.
