We've had a Goodman furnace installed by Reliable home Comfort , which we had a problem with. After calling Reliable to help us with the situation, we are hoping the problem has been resolved. Initially upon calling Reliable we were not able to connect with any of the numbers, including the emergency number which was distressing to say the least. Rob and Dave were very apologetic for the turn of events concerning the phones, but they were very eager to correct the problem. The followup from them on the problem was efficient and professional. I needed this job done quickly and efficiently as the holidays were fast approaching, Steve responded to the messages quickly, was very helpful in giving me an approximate $ amount to the job, was very knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable leaving the job in his professional care.He came within a few days of calling. The carpets and sofa looked great, I'm very pleased with the work and the price was reasonable. I recommend having the scotch-guard done as it prolongs the life of the fabric.
