Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

We've had a Goodman furnace installed by Reliable home Comfort , which we had a problem with. After calling Reliable to help us with the situation, we are hoping the problem has been resolved.
Initially upon calling Reliable we were not able to connect with any of the numbers, including the emergency number which was distressing to say the least. Rob and Dave were very apologetic for the turn of events concerning the phones, but they were very eager to correct the problem. The followup from them on the problem was efficient and professional. Thank you for caring.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

We've had a Goodman furnace installed by Reliable home Comfort this past summer. The furnace has ceased to turn on this morning as it has several times this winter. We've had Reliable come out the first time it had happened. The other times, it mysteriously restarted, after several degrees drop in temperature, it restarted. This morning it shut down, we have tried calling Reliable, but there is no answer and no message machine. We tried the emergency number and no answer, without being able to leave a message. We have a contract that included a warranty of 10 years parts and labour. Reliable this is not.
