We were first time renovators looking to renovate our almost 100 year old home. The kitchen area was small so wanted to bring in a professional to help us design and get the most out of our space. We called Superior Ideas and are so glad we did. Communication with Brandi and Rocco was so easy, and very much appreciated since we had a lot of questions (as new renovators). Brandi listened to what we were looking for and came back with some great options, better than what we had expected. We decided to take down the wall to open up the space and make room for a large island. The support, attention to detail, and commitment from Superior Ideas was absolutely fantastic, and continues to be as our project wraps up. Would recommend Superior Ideas to anyone looking for a quality product and amazing service. We love our new kitchen and have received tons of compliments on it already!

We had noticed our basement drain backing up (not fully into our basement yet, thank goodness) and, due to the cold weather, had to wait for over 24 hours for someone from the City to come and check the municipal line. Once we discovered it was on our side, we called Mr. Rooter right away and was told that, while they were busy, someone would be out in 4 hours. Within that window, at 9:00pm, Chris Ford was at our door. He was meticulous and narrowed our issue down to an outdated trap system that had been blocked. He took his time to explain to us our options and answer any questions. I really appreciate Chris spending the time (he stayed until after 11:30pm) to ensure we were comfortable. While we haven't booked the follow up work yet, I trust the team at Mr. Rooter for emergency calls for quick, efficient, and professional service.

We are looking our 3rd project with Clera and Gene this Spring. After having our windows replaced (about 12 windows throughout house), and a patio door (cut out from an existing window), we are working with Gene to design a new front door and storm door. We have been very happy with the service and products provided by Clera and Gene. Gene takes the time to answer all of our questions, and review which options would work best. He respectfully offers his opinion but isn't pushy. I value Gene's commitment to ensuring we're happy. The product is high quality and has made our home look better than ever!
