We are so pleased with our new LG washer and dryer and Frigidaire freezer from Needles Home Appliance Centre in Stratford. Staff were helpful but not pushy. They set the standard for customer service. We set up a delivery date and everything was here and set up within the first hour of the delivery window. They took away old appliances and included delivery in price. We highly recommend them and will shop there for future appliance needs.

I wish I had researched Canadian Appliance Source as well as I did the exhaust hood that I purchased. The salesperson at the Kitchener store was helpful and knowledgeable but the rest of the experience has been dreadful. I picked up the exhaust hood box at the end of December 2019. The box was not taped but the warehouse person assured me that the tape had come loose. When I checked the product, I found scratched stainless steel on two parts and places where protective film had been cut away. I think I was given a damaged return rather than a new product. CAS took my report and promised replacement parts. This was in early January and it is now March. My enquiries are referred to the manufacturer who says "two more weeks" every time I follow up. They won't take it back and they don't return my calls. I held off on making a negative review as I hoped they would resolve the situation. The review link is no longer working. I would never shop there again.

We are very pleased with the work done by Josh and his team. They transformed the attic in our century home into a wonderful retreat space. Josh was very responsive to our ideas and wishes and we are delighted with the results. The team is great to work with, respectful, creative, tidy and professional. We will definitely use Three Point Contracting for future renovations.

We are delighted with the six new, clear sealed and insulated glass panes in our living room windows. The Windowfix team was able to replace our window panes while leaving the frames intact so our previously foggy windows are no more. Customer service is professional and fast, crew cleans up after the job and the pricing is upfront and very fair. We highly recommend Windowfix.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom thanks to the talented and efficient crew led by Nadia and supported by Gerhardt and Charlotte. The small and dark space has been transformed into a bright, spacious and beautifully finished bathroom. Home Improvement People have developed a system to support the client and keep the project on track; ours was completed in two weeks with minimal disruption.

Perfect Fence Post was great. It was a small job installing posts but Terry responded to my emails right away, made sure utility checks were completed, scheduled the job quickly and showed up on time on the agreed upon day. The price was the same as described on the web site. Terry and his crew were friendly, and completed the work efficiently. We would definitely use them again.

We are delighted with everything about our new porch railings--the design, workmanship and the customer service. We had lots of styles to choose from and the finished product is just what we had envisioned and more.
