Staff was very friendly and informative and their prices were fair. The delivery people were excellent; they worked with my wife who wasn't sure when she would get off of work and kept in touch with her throughout the day and managed to work our delivery around my wife schedule. Very Impressed.

**EDIT** - The day after posting this review I was contacted by the owner. He was very unhappy with the way the situation was handled and assured me that their policy is to continue working with the customer until the job is completed to the customers satisfaction. He has stated that the complaints I made were not properly handled, and did not filter up the chain of command, and as a result the situation was not resolved. I had a good conversation with him and he has offered several possible options to correct the situation. I was pretty frustrated by the way my concerns were originally handled but it is comforting to know the owner of this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. **End Edit** This job was done in the Spring of 2016 I'm not sure if they got any of the weeds/moss when they did this because I wasn't home, but there was enough left to fill a huge garden bag after they were "done their job". They just chucked a bunch of seed down and it obviously wasn't done with a spreader because there was huge patches of seeds and then empty areas. They didn't loosen the soil, or add new soil so nothing grew despite sprinklers on a timer giving the seeds the recommended amount of water. We complained and they came back and just threw a bunch more seed on the lawn. I ended up having to do the lawn myself by loosening the soil, and adding new soil and seeds. Lawn grew fine after that. These guys were a huge disappointment.

I had another company pull a no show to repair my tenants stove. I called these guys quite late in the day but they were able to send out a technician who arrive right in the middle of the appointment window they gave. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and promised to call back a day or two later with a quote once he had sourced the needed part. It turns out they no longer make or sell that particular part and they were unable to complete the job. I asked about their policy of refunding in any case where they cannot fix the issues and they agreed to honor that policy and refunded the $112 callout fee.

I've had these guys replace a broken gas valve (with quite a few problems), install a gas line for a stove (no issues, did an excellent job), and finally had them attempt to fix my heat pump which they have not successfully resolved and seem to have basically given up trying. To be fair, they have done a lot for me and tried several different fixes to solve the problem with the heat pump but in the end they basically just gave up and stopped calling me back when they said they would. At this point my outside sensor doesn't work, and one of the original issues with the heat pump losing connection to the thermostat is still not fixed. They are not a terrible company, and I believe they mean well, but at the end of the day they seem to have a lot of issues with organization and have been unable to fix what seems to be a relatively simple issue. For these reasons I would not recommend using this company.

I just reviewed your customer notes along with speaking to the last tech on site. We are dedicated to customer service and would like to help you resolve this issue, I do see that we came out and replaced the gas valve and completed this repair for you. I then see a thermostat issue that's stopping the switch over from taking place, the issue you are having is complex and looks like the system was not configured to work the way it should be originally, I can see that the last tech on site was Tony and left long and detailed notes and i hugely apologize because those notes were lost in the system due to high demand on the 23rd which is completely our fault.
