We were in need of service on our gas fireplace, which hadn't been looked at in over 10 years. Mr. Emamdee agreed to come to our house -- even though we were out of his service area -- because he said my son "sounded nice on the phone!" In retrospect, we got lucky. As other reviews have mentioned, he was friendly, professional, and meticulous, quickly diagnosing the problem and bringing our fireplace back to full working order, while eliminating a funny smell it was giving off. He even rearranged the logs and put down some beautiful crystal stones that my wife just loves -- this man has an artistic flair, too! But the most amazing thing of all -- which we think reflects what a special person Mr. Emamdee is -- is that he called us the day of the recent snow/windstorm to make sure we were OK! Needless to say, we recommend Mr. Emamdee wholeheartedly for any gas fireplace service you may need. God bless.

We are very satisfied with the service we received on an A/C and furnace replacement back in May, from consultation process, very reasonable, straightforward quote with no upselling pressure or other sales gimmicks. Boris was very giving of his time—always available and responsive to questions via email or phone, before and after install. We can only echo the great reviews. From Sarmen patiently showing us samples, to father drawing up the (very reasonable) quote, to brother doing the installation, Sinco is just one of those honest and decent family-owned businesses that you feel good giving your business to. We narrowed down the choice of material but were still undecided, and they let us take several samples home without so much as asking for our phone number! They came to do the measurements when the said they would. The countertops were ready when they said they'd be ready. They showed up for the installation when they said they would. Installation was quick, courteous, and professional (including putting down dropsheets and removal of the old countertops). Our experience with Sinco was nothing but positive from beginning to end, and would we recommend them without hesitation.

Javid replaced our unreliable Beam (completely conked out after only 5 years with multiple problems and service calls in between) with a brand new, more powerful and less expensive Cyclovac. Javid's prices are very reasonable and he knows his products well. You can see he is an honest man and takes pride in what he does and what he carries. He didn't have gimmicky sale prices but nonetheless charged us less than full MSRP without us even asking or saying anything. Didn't try to upsell either. Installation charge was reasonable, too. We saw him on a Saturday and he came to our house to replace the unit the very next day Sunday, which made my wife happy since she is somewhat of a clean freak :-) Javid was at all times friendly, respectful, and professional. He made sure everything was in proper working order and took the time to explain proper maintenance. We would not hesitate to recommend Javid to anyone in need of vacuum service or a new system.

Excellent service provided re: maintenance call on our furnace, which, after five years, didn't seem to be heating the house as effectively. Also the upstairs rooms, especially the ones far from the furnace room in the basement, have never felt warm enough. The technician, Peter, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and now our furnace works as before. Peter told us the furnace that the builder installed wasn't big enough for our square footage which, combined with the fact that we live on a corner lot (therefore extra wind exposure and extra windows), explains the chillier upstairs rooms. Having said that, he wasn't the least bit pushy in trying to sell us a new, bigger unit. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.
