We had exterior waterproofing done on the masonry foundations of our 1920s brick home. This is the second time I have contracted Aquamaster, and I can't praise them highly enough. Fedor responds to calls, explains all the details, and provides always competitive quotes. He never tries to upsell. The crew showed up on time, and within four days had dug out the foundations, restored and parged the masonry, applied waterproofing and membrane and installed the exterior insulation to R12. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and barely left a trace. We couldn't be more satisfied.

We contracted Luca to install a new fibreglass front door in our 1920s Toronto home. Luca is truly an artisan who takes pride in his work and who will not cut corners or compromise in quality. From start to finish Luca advised us well. It's not easy for a layperson to envision what a particular door, frame and colour choice will look like. Luca first sounded out what we were looking for and then made excellent recommendations that resulted in a far more attractive final product than we could have chosen ourselves, with just the right combination of modern features and traditional look that fits with the existing building. He also managed to match the wood grain and stain of the door frame with our existing oak panelling. I highly recommend him and will definitely contract him again for our next window and door project.

I waited a year to write this review because you never really know how good the work was until some time has passed. So: Damien and Matt of Belyea Bros. disconnected and removed our old water tank, and installed a Rinnai 98iN tankless water heater in our home. They also cleaned up and replaced horribly messy copper piping with Pex. They were courteous, on time, answered all my questions, and most of all did fabulous work. The first visit by their Operations Manager Stephen Thomas had already given me a good impression. They may not be the cheapest in the business (though they're also definitely not the most expensive!) but they are definitely the best. They also don't push the unreliable Navien water heaters on you that many other companies favour. I've decided to have Belyea Bros. do all the service work on my heating and cooling equipment from now on.

Fedor and his team are fantastic. We had a BWV and sump pump installed in the basement, and concrete poured between our house and the neighbour's whose eavestroughs are regularly overflowing and causing our basement to leak. Communication was great. The work was done quickly, very professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. Also it was much cheaper than a well-known competitors quote, who tried to pressure me into signing up to an unnecessary job.
