Fedor and his team excavated the basements of my 3 townhouses, underpinned the foundations and waterproofed them. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He and his team did a good job.

Aquamaster and Fedor are by far the best. I received quotes after meeting with most of the competitors. Only Fedor had the deep expertise and vision to solve our drainage challenge. Nobody else had a comprehensive plan. We have an irregular lot in the back and cannot change the neighbour’s slope. Very large perimeter required full excavation and waterproofIng to foundation, replace 50+ year old weeping tile, surface drains and catch basins, heating coils, clean out; sump pump and storm water back water valve. Downspouts and storm line were carefully checked by camera inspection. Side steps were in bad shape and they were repaired with new underpinning and parged. If that is not enough, I added a job to fix a wall leak. The team diligently found the source of the leak in the kitchen. Entirely new pipes were installed with proper clean out. Even after I paid, Fedor insisted on having his workers come back to do a second final clean up of the property. Work was highly professional and Fedor was always available onsite or by text and phone at any time.

Had waterproofing done for my semi-detached home and installed a sump pump. They did an excellent job, Fedor was very responsive. They nudged a downspout of our eavestrough in the backyard a bit. It was already loose, but the extra nudge caused it to tear a bit. I called and mentioned it to them. They fixed it very quickly and without extra charge. I'm very satisfied with the work Aquamaster provided.

I needed to have about 15 feet of my basement waterproofed. Fedor gave me a very fair quote and even honoured the price almost a year later. His team provide excellent workmanship and professionalism. Instead of ripping out my bushes (which were several feet away from the house but it would have made it easier for their work if they did remove them, they worked around them to protect nearby trees. They protected the neighbours AC unit, my laws with tarps and power washed my walkway to clear away the mud.

Aquamaster fixed a problem I've had for years and made it seem easy! I've had basement flooding three times. There's a concrete walkway beside my house where the water exits to the street, but there's a dip where the water pools by the basement window and leaks in, resulting in expensive repairs. Contractors told me it would be extremely expensive to fix, as the whole walkway had to be replaced by hand, since there's no room for machines. That's until Fedor came by. I'd already had Aquamaster waterproof an interior wall and been very satisfied with their work. So I called Fedor and he gave me a quote for waterproofing the wall and adding a window well and a new drain that was very reasonable. The friendly, polite crew did the initial work in the spring, and during heavy summer rains we had no problems! They just finished laying the concrete on top and it looks great and works perfectly. I can sleep when it rains now, and I am so happy to recommend Aquamaster. Fedor was extremely efficient, conscientious and prompt. On multiple occasions he went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly including staying in contact while he was on vacation. His team started and completed the job on time, passed inspection and left a clean space when they were finished. Well done and thanks for helping the project stay on course!

The Aquamaster team did good work and made the fixed window well area nice and clean. The team lead respected to the customer and informed the neighbors properly so they are aware of the construction. They provided good service on my window well fix.

We had a slow leak in the corner of our finished basement for a long time. The damage finally started showing through the baseboards, so we requested a quote from AquaMaster.

Fedor did the initial assessment and sent us various options & prices through an online form. No pressure. Just his opinion.

While we were getting other quotes and comparing prices, there was a huge rainstorm that flooded our basement.

I then called Fedor and he was able to come by that day to suggest solutions and left it with me. Still, no pressure.

We decided to replace our weeping tile & window well drains along with exterior waterproofing along the back & side of our house.

It did take a few days to get the hydro & gas lines located & marked, but that was out of AquaMaster’s control and the job started promptly after that.

A minor complaint is that the communication with the actual workers was very lacking. They showed up each day and got the job done, so I won’t take away any stars, however I was hoping for more updates on what issues were found and how they were resolved.

It has rained a few more times since the job was completed (including a huge downpour last night) and we haven’t experienced any issues.
