I posted a review on HomeStars a couple of days ago stating that I was extremely disappointed with having had to wait almost a month to get my oriental carpet cleaned. Barry at Alexanian’s responded quickly with an offer of free cleaning and stain guard, plus free pickup and delivery next time I need an area carpet cleaned. I am very grateful for their generous offer and will definitely call them next time I need a carpet or upholstery cleaned, as they have always done very good work for me in the past. I dropped my oriental carpet off at Alexanians St Catharines on August 6,2020, and am still waiting for it to be returned on September 2, almost a month later. I have had a call from their head office telling me that it would be delayed and they would let me know when to expect it. However, they haven’t called me back, even after I called them twice.. When I called the St Catharines store, they just put me through to the cleaning dept. and I got a message saying all of the lines were in use. This is the second time I have sent my carpet there for cleaning and experienced a delay in getting it back. I am now so frustrated that I will find another cleaning service the next time I need to have a carpet cleaned. Having to wait a month for service and not getting any answers is unacceptable.

I needed to have someone sand and refinish my porch floor. Pat sent Nick to do the job and it was finished in a couple of hours. Looks beautiful. Nick said he would make a return visit in a week in case any touch us are required. I made sure that the floor was completely dry before venturing out on it, but now we have been able to move the chairs back out there to enjoy the summer weather. Thank you!
