I posted a review on HomeStars a couple of days ago stating that I was extremely disappointed with having had to wait almost a month to get my oriental carpet cleaned. Barry at Alexanian’s responded quickly with an offer of free cleaning and stain guard, plus free pickup and delivery next time I need an area carpet cleaned. I am very grateful for their generous offer and will definitely call them next time I need a carpet or upholstery cleaned, as they have always done very good work for me in the past.
