The Technician arrived promptly with in the allocated window of time to undertake the annual A/C and Heating service. He completed the service expeditiously and left the area as he found it, clean and tidy. The Technician was friendly and courteous.

We wanted to revitalize the stairs between the main level and the upstairs level. They had been carpeted since the house was built 40 years ago. While the existing stairs were oak, they had been badly damaged through the several installations of carpet. RK Woodworking were able to do the work, and they first quoted from a set of detail pictures of the stairs with carpet removed. They then visited the site to ensure that the quote was correct and to explain exactly what work and materials they were proposing so that there would be no misunderstands. No changes to price or work scope ensued, so we signed off on the work. The renovation work was carried out by two experts, one who did the wood work, the other who completed the finishing (final sanding, verathane finishing coats(3)). All work was done to the agreed schedule, the specialists came on time, were very clean and tidy, polite and very professional. We were very happy with the work done. It is worth noting that we had approached others to do this work, but none of the others were selected as they either did not do what we wanted, would only do part of the work, etc

Button's was the second contractor I contacted. The first missed two appointments!!. I first visited their office location, to get a feel for whether they were a 'back of the garage' operation. They had neat front office with several desks. The receptionist was very polite and directed me to Joe Button. We talked for a few minutes and made an appointment to see what the job entails. He was on time (Good start) and provided me with an estimate of the cost of the job as well as discussing several options and explaining the various energy efficiency rebates. He suggested that I should review it, discuss it with my wife and get back to him. He did not pressure for a sale (good move). We selected Button's and he returned to take final measurements and for us to sign the contract. We agreed on an install date. The day came and his crew showed up on time with all the bits and pieces, completed the removal of the old heating and cooling system, installed the new one and then walked myself my wife through the system showing us how to do the routine maintenance and to answer all our questions. They left the furnace area very tidy and took away all the old components. We were very satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend Button's.

We have had four significant renovations done by Reuf which entailed - Job 1 - Laying Ceramic Tiles in our entrance way - This was a test to see if the contractor lived up to the references we had received. He did. (Job 2) So we then had two Bathrooms totally renovated (floor to ceiling) followed later by renovation to the kitchen (job 3) and lastly the Powder room and Laundry area (job 4). The contractor is professional, keeps the client informed, clean, and does excellent work. He is a small operation, known by word of mouth, very busy and new work is often scheduled several months out. This work took place over a three year time frames. Very Satisfied
