I used Buttons a couple of years ago to address a central A/C issue I was having. When I turned it on for the first time this year, it wasn't cold so I called Buttons again. Brandon (not sure of the name) came and found that my interior coil was frozen up and that it would need to thaw out before it could be diagnosed. He wasn't gone 5 minutes (no charge for that visit) before Buttons had called me to set up my follow-up appointment.
After getting through a warm couple of days, Jeff came by to fix to diagnose it again. My system was low on refrigerant. He suspected that a nut near the interior coil wasn't put on properly when it was installed (the installation was done by another vendor). Things were tightened up and he says that may solve it but I might be looking at having to get the interior coil replaced as that is the only area where a leak could be detected. No sales pressure or anything like that. However, if the problem isn't resolved, I know who I will be calling to do the work. Thanks!
