Our AC was not able to start (a very first time start of this year) yesterday and the half year old Nest Thermostat shows an E103 error. Contacted nest support and ask me to check with local nest pro. I called ED and he response back very quickly and we make an appt the next day at 9pm EST. ED came to my house right on schedule. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Ed started with diagnosing the E103 error and then located a broken contactor from outside. After replace a new contactor with a reasonable price, my A/C is now functioning perfectly. Great and Highly Recommended Service !

My basement ceiling started leaking after main water shutoff and back on this time. I sent John a messaged from HomeStars for quota and I got his first response very quick and another follow up imessage to my cell phone. I booked an appointment with him immediately and John was right on schedule. He spotted the leaking issue and replaced the defected part right away. We also asked John to help us to fix the laundry faucet leaking (silent waste water running all day), replaced one washroom water shutoff as well as the kitchen sink clog issues. John spent almost half of his time today to fix our last issue due to the bad original design of the sink water pipeline. John is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The price he asked is quite fair. We are very satisfied with his work today and will definitely call him again if needed.

We just moved in to this house in Sept and found Cozy world Inc logo on the furnace. I called Fred for 3 item might need to repair/replace (Furnace, Humidifier and Airfilter). He response very quickly and sent his guy Sina the next day. There was some noise in my furnace and Fred thought it might be something broken in the motor at the beginning. When Sina was here it seems to be a random issue, so Fred came again the 2nd day (Sat. morning) to double check the unit and suggest not to do anything at this moment. The job is well done, the price is reasonable and the team is amazing! I will definitely call Fred again for my heating and cooling issues.

Kevin and his team showed up on time and spent almost whole day re-caulking my house. The job was well done and we are very happy with their work. Great people provides a great service! Highly recommended. Thanks again David/Kevin and your team!
