We just moved in to this house in Sept and found Cozy world Inc logo on the furnace.
I called Fred for 3 item might need to repair/replace (Furnace, Humidifier and Airfilter). He response very quickly and sent his guy Sina the next day. There was some noise in my furnace and Fred thought it might be something broken in the motor at the beginning. When Sina was here it seems to be a random issue, so Fred came again the 2nd day (Sat. morning) to double check the unit and suggest not to do anything at this moment.
The job is well done, the price is reasonable and the team is amazing!
I will definitely call Fred again for my heating and cooling issues.
