Do not go with company unless you enjoy crappy/non-existent service and fake information added to your contract/profile. When I was trying to cancel my service, they threw a ton of "promotions" at me but nothing that was added to my contract was true: 1) they offered the first 6 months of my 36 month contract as free monitoring. I just found out that my contract is in fact 42 months so the guy who renewed my not only sold me something completely untrue but he left the company shortly after (surprise surprise). 2) at the time of my contract renewal, I also got a new door installed so I scheduled for a technician to come out and reconnect the door contact. I also just found out that on my file, that work was noted to 'reinstall the new equipment as part of my contract renewal' which is 100% BS because I still have the equipment I got 14 years ago! I do NOT have any of this so called "new equipment" installed in my house! I thought that my contract was up Oct 13 2020 (36 months) but now I can't cancel otherwise I have to pay an early termination fee but how can I pay any fee for equipment that isn't even in my house?! Technically I already OWN this equipment because it's 14 years old! I've called multiple times, the agents don't care and only tell me "I'll forward this to my manager" but that was 2 weeks ago and no one has called me back. DO NOT GO WITH DELUXE. THEY ARE AWFUL AND GIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We've been with watermart for years and are very satisfied with the service each and every time. The technicians are always polite, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable; whenever I email or call the head office, they're always quick to respond and are happy to answer any questions I have. Would definitely recommend this company!

Mike was recommended to me 10 years ago by a friend and he's been my go-to guy for anything A/C related. He will even help diagnose and fix a problem over the phone (if the problem is simple) or he will come out fast to service the unit. I 100% trust Mike and his service and will always recommend him to anyone who needs AC work. Most recently, my friend's AC unit stopped working (during a sweltering night, of course!), I advised him to call Mike and he helped my friend diagnose and fix the problem within 25 minutes.
