Window cleaning inside and out - Great job, highly recommended!
Had PHAT in to clean our windows inside and out. This was the first real window cleaning after a recent renovation and the work they did was amazing. The crew was very mindful and left the place spotless! Very impressed, would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future.

I hired MT Drains and Plumbing to handle everything plumbing for my renovation (entire house): rough-ins, water supply, finishing etc… MT came in and picked up where someone else left off, never an easy task but they approached the job with a can do attitude and got the rough in ready for inspection in no time. I hired Eurostar to replace all 3 exterior doors on my house. Igor was a pleasure to work with, very knowledge and open to changes / revisions throughout the entire process. Once I finalized my order, they delivered on time. Phil (installer) worked through all the challenges a 100+ year old house has to offer and did an excellent job with the install. Would highly recommend these guys.

Roof Work - ridge vent, skylight install, sun tunnel...
Great experience with this company. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. I had a bunch of things done to my roof: ridge vent, skylights, sun tunnel.. all installed with no issues, quality of work was top notch. I would highly recommend going with this crew for any roofing needs.
Interior tear out - gut house to the studs
Frank and his crew showed up as promised and delivered! The team gutted the house back to the studs, 2.5 storey + basement. This house is over 100 years old and had tons of lath, plaster and tiles. Frank was very efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use this crew again without hesitation.
Here is a summary of my experience with Sure Loc after contracting them to provide me with an interlocked drive way + retaining wall. Workmanship – I know a few things about interlock and their work was decent. They excavated about a foot down and used polymeric sand to finish, no complaints here. Big crew so the work gets done super fast. However, the retaining wall they sold me is too low! It’s about 8”-9” lower than the grade it’s trying to retain. Update - Kennedy from Sure-Loc came by and increased the height of the retaining wall. All is good now, thanks guys.
Terry and his crew did a fantastic job working in a very tight space. They handled the tear out of an old deck, excavation and the installation of a new fence. I’m very satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend these guys.
